You can make calls by registering to us, then start dialing directly to our toll-free number or using Miss Callback service, OR you can also directly call our toll-free number without registering with us. Refer to Getting Started for more details.

You can save any additional charges from your mobile operators since it is cheaper for Nextel to call you instead and connect you to your target receiver.

Are there any roaming charges when using Nextel Calling Card?

Customers are encouraged to use fix lines (e.g. public phones) to make calls. There will be roaming charges by Telcos like Maxis if calls are made through Mobile Phones.

Will there be any additional charges apart from the Global Access Rate and Prepaid Rate?

There will be no additional charges if customers use a fixed line or public phone and hotels do not charge extra service charges.

Example A:
Calling to Australia fixed line (call through)
RM 0.10(Australia) + RM 0.10 (toll-free surcharge) = RM 0.20/minute
Example B:
Calling to Australia mobile (call through)
RM 0.30(mobile charge) + RM 0.10 (toll-free surcharge) + RM 0.10(Australia) + = RM 0.50/minute
Example C:
Using mobile to miss callback to Australia
RM0.14 (miss callback charge) + RM 0.10(Australia) = RM 0.24
