Hot Zone is a service offered in different packages (e.g. 1 day, 7 days, and 30 days). At the end of purchased packages, the services will be terminated. No actionis required.
If you want to terminate the service before the purchased duration ends, please call us at 1-300-800-888 (Working hours: Daily from 8.00 a.m.to 11.00 p.m.). However, no refund is made for unused portion of purchased service duration.

The W1GGY 59, 89 and 129 plans are new postpaid portable broadband plans by P1. The numbers corresponds to the monthly charge of each plan (eg. The W1GGY 89 plan corresponds to an RM89 monthly fee etc.)
The new W1GGY plans offer better value for money with amongst the industry's highest data usage allowances of up to 20GB with speeds up to 3Mbp depending on the plan you subscribe to. In addition, all W1GGY plans do not tie you in with a contract, you are free to discontinue the service anytime you like.
In addition, the W1GGY modem is provided for FREE.

You will need to pay the one-time Registration Fee, one-time Activation Fee (waived for W1GGY 89 and 129 plans), prorated monthly subscription fee, 1 full-month monthly subscription fee. Your upfront payment will offset your 1st bill balance.

IS THE UPFRONT PAYMENT REFUNDABLE?

The upfront payment is refundable if the service is terminated within the COP (Cooling Off Period).

WHAT DOES IT MEAN BY "NO CONTRACT"?

Simply put, there are no contract tie-ins with the new W1GGY plans. You can decide to discontinue your W1GGY subscription at anytime so long as you inform P1 at least 30 days in advance.
Upon termination, you will be required to return the W1GGY modem. In fact, for modems returned in good working condition, we will rebate RM50 to the subscriber's final bill.
There are no termination charges or penalty fees should you decide to discontinue your W1GGY subscription.

WHAT IS THE MODEM RENTAL?

For all W1GGY postpaid plans, the W1GGY USB modem is provided on a rental basis, currently the rental is FREE.

The modem rental will be free throughout the duration of the service subscription for the particular device. P1 may charge additional rental fees for other devices.

Providing the modem on a rental basis allow you to save as you don't have to purchase a modem outright. In addition to this, you enjoy a product lifetime warranty for the modem. For the duration of the service subscription, defective modems will be replaced on a one-on-one basis.
On top of that, the modem rental is currently FREE.
If you choose to discontinue your service and return the W1GGY USB modem in good working condition, you will receive a RM50 rebate off your last monthly bill.

IS THERE WARRANTY PROVIDED FOR THE RENTED MODEM?

Yes there is.
P1 will cover the rented modem for any defects for the duration of your service subscription. So long as you are an active W1GGY subscriber your modem will be covered under P1's warranty. Defected modems will be replaced on a one-to-one basis.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MODEM WHEN I DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE?

You will be required to return the W1GGY USB modem in good working condition to an authorised P1 service centre. You will receive a RM50 modem rebate in your last bill for returning the modem to P1 upon discontinuation of service.

WHAT IS THE RM50 MODEM RETURN REBATE?
|
|

Should you choose to discontinue your subscription with P1, you are required to return the rented W1GGY USB modem. Upon receipt of the device in good working condition P1 will rebate RM50 off your last bill.
