Terms and Conditions

1.	Pictures are for illustration purposes only.

2.	This contest is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years and above only.

3.	This contest will run from 8th June to 7th July 2011.

This contest is open to everyone, except for the following:

Permanent and/or contract employees of Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“P1”) and Green Packet Berhad, including its subsidiaries and related companies and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, brothers and sisters); AND
Representatives, vendors and/or agents (including advertising and promotion agents) of P1 and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, brothers and sisters).

5.	To participate, subscribers are to subscribe to any P1 4G Postpaid Broadband packages via online purchase or call in to 1300 03 8887.

6.	This promotion is applicable to all P1 4G postpaid broadband plans EXCEPT Home Lite.

7.	The participant confirms that all the information submitted is true and correct, without using the information of any third person. Should there be any discrepancies, inauthentic or incorrect issues, the participant concerned shall have his/her participation and/or winning status disqualified.

8.	All winners shall be notified via SMS, email and our website www.p1.com.my. P1’s decision shall be final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence and appeals will be entertained.

9.	To collect prizes: winner must provide proof of identification (photocopy of IC/passport), AND winner must be an active P1 subscriber

10.	The prizes shall not be exchangeable, transferable, or substituted for cash or otherwise, in all cases, whether in whole or part.

11.	All prizes including the iPad 2 are under the warranty of Apple Inc and P1 is not liable for any loss, damages, warranty claim or technical issues that might arise.

12.	The prizes are redeemable up to 6 months after the announcement of the winners. The winning participants will need to provide their Identification Card when claiming the prizes at P1’s flagship, PacketHub, 159 Jalan Templer, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor D.E.

13.	P1 reserves the right to entertain requests made in relation to the prizes. All prizes must be taken as offered.

14.	P1 reserves the right to use all participants’ information and any other material including photos for advertising and marketing purposes and for P1’s Products and Services.

Should there be any force majeure factors, P1 reserves the right at its absolute discretion and prerogative to cancel this contest, vary the terms hereof and or change the prizes by other gifts of the same value. Should there be any force majeure factors limiting the implementation of the prize, P1 shall have the right to determine the cancellation, termination, revision or suspension of the prize.

16.	P1 reserves the right to amend, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
