What This Privacy Policy Covers & its Benefits
This policy covers how P1 and its affiliated companies treat personal information that P1 collects and receives,
including information related to your past use of P1 products and services. Personal information is information
about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not
otherwise publicly available.
P1 is committed in protecting your privacy and is committed to ensuring that your personal information is not
disclosed to non-permitted parties.

P1 websites are not directed at users under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years, please

Information Collection and Use
- P1 collects personal information when you register with P1, when you use P1 products or services and/or when you visit P1 web-pages.
- When you register we ask for information such as and not limited to your name, identification number or company number, email address,
birth date, gender, residential address and / or business address, occupation, industry, and personal interests and preferences.
When you register with P1 and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
- P1 uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests
for products and services, improve our services, provide future services and support, contact you, conduct research, and provide
anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
- P1 collects the personal information through the following methods or tools : -

- Sales inquiries and financial transactions;
- Offline communications and user preferences;

- Any other method deemed appropriate by P1.
Information Sharing and Disclosure

- We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with P1 under confidentiality agreements. These companies
may use your personal information to help P1 communicate with you about offers from P1 and our marketing partners. However, these
companies do not have any independent right to share this information unless No. 3 below applies.
- We shall exercise our legal rights if necessary or defend against legal claims.
- We shall share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of P1's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
- P1 recognizes that you may not wish to share your personal information or to be contacted by a trusted partner regarding
our new products, services and promotions. As such, P1 allows you the option to opt out on any or all of the marketing
information. You may also exercise your option to opt in to the marketing information as and when required.
- However, some of the non-marketing communication are not subject to general opt out. These include communications relating
to product download, sales transactions, information on software updates, joint events / joint sale wherein the personal
information is shared automatically, where you have requested a follow up on any of the products, services or promotions
which involves our trusted partners, where the third party/trusted partner are required to finalize the transactions including
delivery and credit cards clearing services, disclosures to comply with legal requirements and legal notices. In these circumstances,
the trusted partners have the right to share this information to their affiliated companies or their partners.

- We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the P1’s service, such as service announcements, administrative messages
