3. Who is eligible to subscribe to ForBiz™ Fiber?
This plan is specially designed for business users under company registration. Please refer below for the documents required for business applicants:
1. Photocopy of authorised signatory's NRIC (both sides)/ Passport (for Non-Malaysians)
2. Company Authorised Letter of Signature
3. Photocopy of certified documents (whichever applies):
- Private Company: Form 24, 49, 9/13
- Public Company: Form 8 & 23
- Sole Proprietor: Form D & A
- Partnership: Form D & B
- NGO/ Association/ Corporation/ Foreign Company/ Embassy/ Government: Documents issued by relevant authorities
* For foreign companies, deposit of RM100 is required.
4. How do I subscribe to ForBiz™ Fiber?
You can sign-up for our services at our P1 Authorised Resellers, P1 Paddock and P1 P1TSTOP. Alternatively, you can also write to us at Biz Care
5. Is there a minimum contract period when I subscribe to ForBiz™ Fiber?
Yes, there will be a minimum 24-months contract period.
6. Is there an upfront payment fee when I subscribe to ForBiz™ Fiber?
There is no upfront payment fee, but please note that charges such as your installation and monthly subscription fee will be billed in your 1st month statement.
7. What are the differences between P1’s consumer fiber plan and business fiber plan?
P1’s business plans are designed to suit business needs and are only open to businesses with valid business registration documents.
8. Will the service be activated immediately upon registration?
We will call you to schedule for a service installation appointment upon successful registration.
9. How long does the on-site installation process take?
A typical installation will roughly take about 4-8 hours, depending on the type of premise and if there are any complexities.
10. Are there any additional charges during installation?
There may be extra charges if non-standard installation work is required. Our on-site installation team will inform you accordingly once they’ve done the evaluation. Example of non-standard installation works include concealing of wires in the ceiling or floor boards. Note that you may hire your own contractor for such works.
11. Can I upgrade the plan?
Yes, you can. An administrative fee of RM50 applies. Please write to us at Biz Care
12. Can I downgrade the plan?
You may only downgrade once you have completed the contract. An administrative fee of RM20 applies. Please write to us at Biz Care
13. Who should I contact if my ForBiz™ Fiber devices are faulty?

Please write to Biz Care if your Broadband Termination Unit (BTU), Premise Gateway or BizGo add-on device are faulty.

14. What charges are included in the 1st bill?
You will be billed the following charges:
a) Installation fee
b) Advanced monthly fee of 1 month
c) Prorated subscription fee, from the installation date to your billing cycle date
d) Any miscellaneous charges incurred during installation (e.g. additional cabling)
15. What are my payment options?
Please refer here for all the payment options offered.
16. Can I cancel my service within the contract period?
Yes, you can. An administrative fee of the total remaining monthly fee of the contract period applies. Please wirite to Biz Care for service cancellation requests.
17. Will I get a new Broadband Termination Unit (BTU) if I previously have other fiber services provider?
For customers who have previously subscribed to a fiber service with P1 or any other service provider at the same premise, the Broadband Termination Unit will be shared as it's a universal sharing unit for all service provider.
18. Can I relocate my service to a new service address?
You may relocate only after you have fulfilled your contract and an administrative fee may apply. Relocation of service is based on the service availability of the new designated service address.
19. Can I upgrade from Dynamic IP plan to Fixed IP plan?
Yes, you can. An administrative fee of RM50 applies. Please write to us at Biz Care


ForBiz™ Fiber Fixed IP

1. What are the differences between fixed IP address and dynamic IP address?
For standard P1 Fiber plan, you’ll usually be allocated a different dynamic IP from a pool of IP addresses each time you connect to the Internet. So, the IP will always changes and not uniquely yours.
2. Can I sign up the Fixed IP add-on plan with my standard ForBiz™ Fiber plan?
Effective from 10th Feb 2013, the Fixed IP add-on is only applicable to ForBiz™ Fiber with Fixed IP plans. You are required to upgrade your standard ForBiz™ Fiber plan to ForBiz™ Fiber with Fixed IP plan before you can subscribe to the Fixed IP add-on plan.
3. What will happen to my existing Fixed IP Fiber plan after I subscribe to the add-on?
The original Fixed IP will be replaced with a new Fixed IP, and you will be given another 5 Fixed IP to be configured to your devices manually.
4. Can I relocate the Fixed IP?
No, Fixed IP relocation is not allowed.
5. Can I upgrade the plan?

6. Can I downgrade the plan?
No, downgrading is not allowed.
7. Is there any contract period for the fixed IP add-on plan?
Yes, the fixed IP add-on plan contract is tied to the ForBiz™ Fiber fixed IP plan contract.
8. Can I cancel the fixed IP add-on plan within the contract period?
Yes, you can. However, there will be a RM600 early cancellation fee. Please write to Biz Care for service cancellation requests.
