1) What is P1 Auto Pay service?
  P1 Auto Pay is an automatic payment service where your monthly bill will be automatically paid via your Visa/MasterCard credit card.
 
2) Do you accept Diners®/American Express®/credit cards issued by foreign financial institutions?
  No. We only accept Visa® and MasterCard® issued by registered Malaysian financial institutions.
 
3) I am interested to sign up for Auto Pay. What should I do?
  It’s easy! Just download the Auto Pay form and fill it up before faxing it to 03-7884 6002 with a photocopy of your credit card (front).
If you have a paper bill, just fill in the cut off portion and fax it to 03-7884 6002 with a photocopy of your credit card (front).
 
4) What are the supporting documents needed for Auto Pay?
  You just need to fax a photocopy of your credit card (front and back) to us.
 
5) I signed up for Auto Pay before this promotion. Do I get to enjoy the benefits?
  Yes! Existing Auto Pay subscribers are eligible for this promotion. You’ll get to enjoy the 13th month waiver starting from the date of this promotion.
 
6) Is this incentive applicable to all Auto Pay subscription for P1 W1MAX Desktop Modem, Desktop Modem with WiFi and WIGGY?
  Yes, it’s applicable for all broadband subscription paid via the Auto-pay service.
 
7) I am a subscriber of both the HOME package and WIGGY? Do I get to enjoy this promotion?
  Yes! You get to enjoy the 13th month waiver for BOTH packages as long as you pay your bills via Auto Pay.
 
8) How long does it take for Auto Pay to be activated?
  Your Auto Pay service will be activated upon confirmation of your credit card details from the issuing bank.
 
9) Can I sign up for Auto-pay using a third party credit card?
  You have to write in to P1 with the following details:
a) Credit card account numbers, including new account numbers issued under "Lost card" or "Conversion"
b) Termination/Cancellation of credit card accounts
c) Change/Renewal of expiry date
 
10) Can I sign up for Auto-pay using a third party credit card?
  Yes, you can but we require a 3rd party authorization letter to be attached with the Auto-pay Enrollment form (signed by the card holder) and the photocopy of the card holder’s credit card (front).
 
11) What should I do if I want to terminate my Auto Pay service?
  Just call 1-300-800-888 – we’ll help you to terminate your Auto Pay service.
