Terms & Conditions:
 
1. The MGM Program (“Program”) commences on 2 May 2011
 
2. The Program is open to ALL P1 postpaid subscribers (“Referrer”) only except for the following:
 
a. Permanent and/or contract employees of Packet One Networks (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“P1”) and Green Packet Berhad including its subsidiaries and related companies and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, brothers and sisters).
b. Representatives, vendors and/or agents (including advertising and promotion agents) of P1 and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, brothers and sisters).
 
3. Referrers will be entitled to the Rebate if the following are fulfilled:-
 
a. Referrer must refer contacts (“Referee”) via P1 Self Care at www.p1.com.my to be eligible to participate in the Program.
b. Referee is not already an existing P1 postpaid subscribers prior to referral submission.
c. Referee’s service status is active for at least (14) days from the registration date.
d. Referrer must have a P1 account with a current active service and not in suspension.
 
4. Rebate will be credited directly into Referrer’s postpaid account within thirty (30) days from the Referee’s registration date.
 
5. Rebates are not refundable in cash.
 
6. In the event the Referee is referred to P1 by more than one person, the first person who referred the Referee is determined by P1 at its discretion will be eligible to receive the Rebate.
 
7. The Referrer will only be deemed to have made one successful referral regardless of the number of P1 services applied for by the Referee at that time.
 
8. P1 reserves the right to amend, delete, or add any of these terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice.
